Chera Hishaw is the founder of Hishaw Strategic Solutions (HSS), a consulting firm dedicated to supporting nonprofit and mission-driven organizations in building sustainable impact. With more than a decade of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and community programming, she brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to strategic planning and organizational development.

Chera has partnered with organizations such as Notre Dame de Sion Schools and JE Dunn Construction to design and implement initiatives that expand access to education, strengthen leadership development, and enhance community-based resources. Her work focuses on helping schools and nonprofits move from short-term planning to long-term strategies that improve program quality, organizational effectiveness, and community trust.
