Chera Hishaw is the founder and Principal Advisor of Hishaw Strategic Solutions.

A Kansas City native with generations of service to the community, Chera brings more than a decade of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, organizational strategy, workforce development, community impact, and cross-sector collaboration.

Her professional background includes work in classrooms, school leadership, corporate community impact, curriculum design, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and nonprofit capacity-building. She has helped organizations design programs, strengthen partnerships, build frameworks, measure outcomes, and translate big-picture vision into practical next steps.
